Retail Sales and Service Manager

We have a position open for a Retail Sales and Service Manager (RSSM) .  This position requires liason between the customer and their needs, and the techs who are performing the work.  The RSSM is accountable to the customer making sure the work is done correctly and in a timely manner.  The RSSM also writes quotes, and recommends technology solutions to the customers.

Our staff is a tight team who needs someone with a great personality who we and our customers will love to work with.  The perfect candidate would enjoy customer service and sales and be attentive to the customer needs.  The following qualities and abilities would be needed for this position:
